Getting started

1. Open Merch Designer 3D in your Shopify admin.
2. On Home, click Add to a page template (or Add to home page). The theme editor opens with the Merch Designer 3D block added – place it and click Save.
3. Under Settings, choose which cap models to offer and set your accent colour.

Frequently asked questions

Where do quote requests go?

They are listed under Quote requests in the app and sent through your store's contact form to your store email. You can also add a webhook (Make, Zapier or your CRM) in Settings.

Can customers buy directly?

Merch Designer 3D is built for custom orders: the customer sends a design and you reply with a mockup and price. No checkout changes are made.

Which languages are supported?

English and Swedish. The studio follows your store's language, or you can choose one in the block settings.

Does it slow down my store?

No. The studio only loads when a visitor scrolls to it; other pages are not affected.

How do I remove it?

Remove the block in the theme editor and uninstall the app. All your data is deleted 48 hours after uninstalling.
